We offer a wide range of products including t-shirts, mugs, wall art, hats, and more. Many of our products can be personalized to add a special touch.

Simply browse our store, select the items you wish to purchase, customize them if applicable, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

We offer personalization options for specific products, which may include adding a name, date, or message according to the design requirements. If you have further custom design needs, please contact us directly, as we do not offer design changes and also personalization option for all products.

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Typically, it takes 2 or 3 days for production and 3 or 4 days for shipping. You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

We only accept returns or exchanges if there is a problem from our side, such as a damaged product, wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect item. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet these criteria.

 

To request a return or refund, contact us at support@bazaarpa.com within 20 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any necessary evidence (photos, documents).

 

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location.

 

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@bazaarpa.com with your order number.

 

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays (mobile or desktop). These variations are normal and will not be considered for return or refund.

 

For best results, wash your t-shirt inside out in cold water and hang it to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Our DTG prints are high-quality but do not come with a lifetime guarantee, so proper care is essential.

 

 

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@bazaarpa.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
